Manual Lymphatic Drainage

MLD is a massage technique developed in 1932 by Dr Emile Vodder to assist in the functioning of the Lymphatic System. The technique uses gentle, rhythmical, circling movements on the skin. MLD stimulates the lymphatic vessels to drain waste products and excess fluid into the lymph nodes to be cleansed. The clean lymph obligatory load, a mix of vital substances is then returned to the bloodstream.
